According to DigiTimes Foxonn Elolicronics(Hon Hai Industry`s) notified that Apple`s iPad must be ship within the next 100 days or as early as the end of February. According to source from Taiwan based component makers Apple plan for mass production in January a total of 400,000 – 600,000 units will be initially ship in – but Foxconn declined to comment on its products and client according them.
Apple announced it had sold 4.19 million units with combined sales for the first 9 months in 2010 reaching 7.5 million units. Apple will start selling iPads in South Korea and Latin America in the fourth quarter.
