Amaira Soft recently released a new app for BlackBerry, called Contacts to Excel, which lets you save all your BlackBerry contacts as an excel file and export it via Email.

Features include:

Converts all your Blackberry contacts into Excel.Excel file can be saved on the SD Card.View/Edit the file on your device as well as desktopExport the file via Email.

Contacts to Excel has a simple UI, but it works very well. You can get it for free in BlackBerry App World here.
