Stephen Fry calls for "iPhone killers"

I have sometimes mused on certain similarities between ZDNet.co.uk's technology editor and recipient of an unfair share of brain-matter Rupert Goodwins - and the some-time thespian and general knower-of-all-things-worth-knowing Stephen Fry.

What would happen if these two titans of trivia were ever to clash their massive noggins -- who would emerge triumphant? Until recently the likelihood of their spheres ever intercepting was pretty slim -- despite Rupert's frequent appearances on the BBC and Fry's reputation as a a major Apple Fan.
